Alternative to Incarceration
RCP: The Rehabilitative Confinement Program (RCP) is an alternative sentencing option for adult (18+) offenders of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (DUI/DUID), Domestic Violence, and other non-violent offenders deemed suitable for the program by the sentencing judge. RCP requires residential confinement.
WRAP: The Work Release Alternative Program (WRAP) is an alternative sentencing option for adult (18+) offenders of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (DUI/DUID). The program requires residential confienment but allows for approved work release time.

Cee's Manor
Cee's Manor is a residential sanctuary for adult male substance abusers. Located at 120 N. Sangamon, in Chicago, and operated as a program of the McDermott Center, Cee's Manor offers open-ended stays to chronic abusers, requiring them to have had formal treatment and to pay in part for their room and board. The environment offers not only a quality of life that many residents feel is worth striving to maintain, but also a structured daily living, recreational activities and self-help group meetings that enable them to continue their sobriety. Residents are assisted with vocational training, and when appropriate, in finding other affordable housing.
Intensive Outpatient
The Intensive Outpatient Program is a full-scale outpatient substance abuse treatment program for adult men and women. It specializes to Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) referred patients, and is an approved Illinois Department of Human Services/ Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASA) DCFS Initiative site. Patients from the residential programs are also referred to this program as a step-down in the continuum of treatment services.
The Program focuses on assisting patients to develop life skills to regain stability in their lives, and to build a foundation based upon recovery. Clinically-managed interventions are directed by certified treatment professionals trained in gender specific and culturally sensitive treatment services, to address patient's individualized needs to develop and apply recovery skills.
Through educational lectures, therapeutic groups, and individual 1:1 sessions, patients are encouraged to learn and make lifestyle changes necessary to overcome barriers to recovery and problems that precipitate relapse while living in their neighborhood community. Treatment services also include outreach, intervention services, medical/psychiatric linkages, knowledge of the 12-step self-help recovery network, case management services, aftercare planning, and HIV/communicable diseases education, testing and counseling.
The program provides funding for daily transportation to/from the treatment location and on-site childcare for children under the age of 5 years old.
Program Location: The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an OASA licensed ASAM Level II.1- IOP program is located within the licensed health care facility of Haymarket Center.
Population Served: Female and male patients. Children under school age may attend the daycare program while parents are attending treatment. Patients seeking OASA "State of Illinois" funding must be Illinois residents.
Average Length of Stay: The average length of stay for this program is 75 hours.
Hours and Days of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:45 am until 1:00 pm, except on holidays. Patients must attend a minimum of 9 hours per week to fulfill intensive outpatient requirements.

Men's Detox Phase I and II
Men who regularly experience problems with alcohol and/or other drug abuse or dependency may be referred by their families, by police or by other agencies to the Detox Unit at Haymarket Center. Located at 120 N. Sangamon, in the McDermott Center. It offers a stay of 24 hours or less, including:
Physical and psychological assessment
Evaluation / Referral for further treatment
Medical intervention, if necessary
Stabilization and referral
Drug testing, performed on site
On Call Doctor

Clients who want or need extended detox may receive up to five day stay. Haymarket Center has 24 beds available for:

Men's Residential Treatment
Certified treatment professionals, trained in gender specific and culturally sensitive treatment services provide quality care and address the individual needs of the clients. They develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate the individual and didactic/therapeutic group sessions.

Men's Recovery Home
Transitional living program of aftercare for men who have become homeless due to alcoholism/drug addiction. The safe alcohol/drug free environment includes initial application interview, intake and assessment, development of applicant plan, structured days, balanced meals, rehabilitative work training, individual recovery and spiritual counseling. Clients who have little or no ability to pay for services pay a sliding scale fee till they become employed.
