bulletAccounting - Accountant

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.  3-5 years of related accounting
experience.  Knowledge of computer systems and software.  Communication, supervisory, and teamwork skills.

bulletAdministration - Chief Accountant

Requirements:  Master's in Business Administration.  Certified Public Accountant.  Knowledge of accounting operations.
5-10 years experience in the field.  Knowledge of computer systems and software.  Negotiating abilities.  Communication,
leadership, and teamwork skills.

bulletDWJS  - Counselor

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent. Passed IAODAPCA Counselor Test at certification eligible statue.
Knowledge of and ability to perform all "Core Functions".  Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.

bulletHealth Education - Health Educator

Requirements:  Experience in medical/psychiatric services, exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and previous
experience in working with substance abuse and HIV patients required.  Bachelors in social services or health related
field preferred.  Must successfully complete an approved training program for AIDS/HIV.  Must have previous experience
in outreach services/HIV related services.  IAODAPCA certification preferred.  Thorough knowledge of HIV/AIDS testing
and status confidentiality.  Previous case management experience beneficial.

bulletHealth Education - Supervisor  

Requirements:  Two years experience in counseling and case management with satisfactory experience in management
and supervision.  Previous experience with HIV patients required.  Bachelor' in social services or health related field
Must have successfully completed an approved training program for HIV/AIDS.  Must have previous experience in outreach
services/HIV-related services.  IAODAPCA certification preferred.  Thorough knowledge of HIV/AIDS testing and status confidentiality.  Previous case management experience beneficial.

bulletMaryville - Administrative Assistant

Requirements:  High School diploma. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)  Must possess good
typing skills, a high level of accuracy and be detailed oriented.  Good communication skills.  Self-starter and a good team
player.  Ability to handle multiple projects when needed and, if necessary, with little supervision.  Able to work, occasionally,
in a noisy work environment.  Can deal with multiple projects in stressful environment.  Organized.  Team building skills.

 

bulletMaryville - Billing Liaison

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent, some college courses preferred.  Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in
the billing functions of a behavioral health facility.  Good communication skills, both verbal and written.  High ethical standards
and sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.  Works well with others.  Self-starter, detail oriented, good decision
making skills, and seeks supervision when needed.  Must be able to prioritize multiple billing deadlines.

bulletMaryville - Case Manager

Requirements:  Valid Driver's License.  High School Diploma or equivalent.  Knowledge in substance abuse or related field.
Good verbal and communication skills.  Proficiency in reading and writing.  Able to work effectively on a team.

Requirements:  Valid Driver's License.  High School diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to drive transportation vehicle.  Proficient
in reading and writing.  Good verbal and communication skills.  Access all areas of unit to get supplies.  Knowledge of and
ability to adhere to professional code of ethics.

bulletMaryville - 3rd Shift Milieu Tech

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of "Core Functions".  Experience in substance abuse or
related field.

bulletMaryville - 2 - 2nd Shift Case Aides

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of "Core Functions".  Experience in substance abuse or
related field.

bulletMen's Detox - Detox Specialist

Requirements:  Valid Driver's license preferred.  High School diploma or equivalent.  Ability to work with others.  Good
customer service skills.  Good writing and computer skills.  High ethical standards and sound judgment in dealing with
confidential information.  Knowledge of "Core Functions" and substance abuse or related field preferred.  Can deal with
multiple projects in stressful environment.

bulletMen's Residential - 2rd Shift Case Aide

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of "Core Functions".  Experience in substance abuse or
related field.

bulletSecurity - Security Officer   

Requirements:  High School graduate or equivalent (GED).  Knowledge of security functions; preferably 20 hours of training. 
Ability to learn security procedures.  Ability to recognize appropriate procedure that applies in each situation and follow it.  Judgmental in keeping with the rules of confidentiality of client care.  Able to relate to people. Exercises good judgment.
Ability to communicate pleasantly and clearly with others.  Knowledge and ability of techniques to control unruly persons
and/or clients, while still maintaining proper attitude or an equivalent completion of training and experience.

bullet UMISA - Supervisor

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience.  Clinical experience in substance abuse and mental health
treatment centers.  Hands on experience with mental illness.  Supervisory experience preferred.  Mental Health Licensure
(LSW, LCSW, etc.) and/or certification in substance abuse counseling (CADC) a plus.

bulletWomen's Detox - 2 Detox Specialists

Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's license preferred.  Ability to work with others.  Good
customer service skills.  Excellent writing and typing skills.  High ethical standards and sound judgment in dealing with
confidential information.  Self-starter, detail oriented, good decision making skills, and seeks supervision when needed.
Knowledge of "Core Functions" and substance abuse or related field preferred.  Can deal with multiple projects in stressful environment.
