Dr. Dan Lustig - President and CEO
Dr. Lustig has more than 20 years of experience in the field of addictions. In 2005 he completed a research study examining the Factors Related to Changes in African American Women Participating in Substance Abuse Treatment. He currently sits on numerous committees evaluating methamphetamine and its clinical interventions statewide. In addition to his advocacy, service work, and expertise in psychology, Dr. Lustig holds certifications in: mentally ill substance abusers (MISA II), and is a certified substance abuse counselor (CADC).

Mr. Donald E. Musil - Executive Vice President
Mr Musil's Bachelor of Science degree is from Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin with a major in Psychology. He obtained his Master of Arts Degree, Department of Social Sciences with a concentration in Applied and Experimental Behavior Analysis, from The University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Leo C. Miller - Vice President of Support Services
Mr. Miller has worked in the field of addiction treatment, prevention, intervention and education since 1981. He attended Northeastern Illinois University for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees and is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. Mr. Miller has served on a variety of social service boards, most notably the National Catholic Council of Alcoholism and Related Drug Problems, Board Chair 1999-2002, and the Northern Illinois Employee Assistance Professional Association, Chapter President 1996-1998. Mr. Miller was honored to be a Visiting Faculty Member, School for New Learning, DePaul University from 1993-1998.

Ms. Anna Kuzak - Controller
Anna Kuzak received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University in Addison, Illinois. She joined our team in June of 2002 and currently serves as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the McDermott Center. Previously, Anna Kuzak served as Accountant and Senior Accountant. She values the opportunity to work with great people and facing new opportunities each day to resolve challenges.
Mr. Jeffrey Collord - Director of Development and External Affairs
Mr. Collord joined Haymarket Center in January, 2007 after two years with the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of Grants Administration. He brings 14 years grants experience in substance abuse treatment, correctional programming and other human services. Previously, Mr. Collord was a Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also worked in the Corporate Trust Department of LaSalle National Bank. Mr. Collord has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wheaton College and a Masters of Arts in English from University of Illinois – Chicago.

Ms. Patricia Payne - Director of Human Resources
Patricia “Pat” Payne has over 25 years experience in the fields of HR and Benefit Administration. She specializes in recruitment, conflict resolution and workforce development. She is also a member of the Greater Chicagoland Non-profit Resources Directors Group..

Kenyatta Cathey - Clinical Director
Kenyatta Cathey holds her Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and her Masters of Art from National Louis University. Kenyatta Cathey is Clinical Director at Haymarket Center with over 18 years’ experience treating substance use disorders and mental illness among adult and juvenile male and female populations with histories of criminal justice involvement, chronic homelessness, trauma, and pervasive psychosocial problems. Ms. Cathey supervises and oversees all aspects of Haymarket’s 30 clinical programs including setting goals and objectives for evidence based treatment, evaluates contract compliance, oversees program audits to ensure adherence to city, county, state and federal standards, facilitates didactic and therapeutic groups and advocates on behalf of Haymarket Center and the substance use treatment field. Ms. Cathey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Jessica Dubuar -Assistant Clinical Director, Health and Wellness
Jessica L Dubuar, LCPC completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University/Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Jessica has over 17 years of experience in the HIV/AIDS field, predominantly focused on linkage and retention in ongoing medical care. As Assistant Clinical Director for Health & Wellness and Specialty Services she oversees programs that provide education, testing and access to treatment for HIV and Hepatitis C in addition to programs focusing on serving homeless and formerly homeless individuals and ensuring that they have access to substance abuse treatment services and health care.
