FCTF is a 16 bed providing treatment to adult men of 18 or older, and are parents of children under age 18 and/or are involved with the Department of Children and Family Services. The program is an ASAM level III.5, residential substance use disorders treatment program
The Integrated Care Program (ICP) is a 16 bed, Medicaid Certified, DASA licensed ASAM Level III.5 Substance Abuse, Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) program design to stabilize patients with co-occurring severe and persistent mental health and substance use disorders.
The GOAL of the program is to empower women by providing education and activities that will provide a positive change through their postpartum experience.
The Men’s Integrated Treatment Program is a 16 bed 60-90 day Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential treatment program for men who are dually – diagnosed with substance abuse disorder as well as mental health diagnosis.
The Men’s Residential Rehab is a 24-bed substance use disorder treatment program.
The Rapid Stabilization Program is a 16 bed 14 day program which assists clients who have recently completed a treatment program, although were unable to maintain abstinence.
Transforming Women’s Lives –TWL is a 16 bed program that provides structured, intensive treatment for women with trauma and addiction. The program utilizes an evidenced-based intervention that focuses on cognitive behavioral therapies and medications (Buprenorphine and injectable Naltraxone) to aid in the treatment of opioid-dependent women.
